FitWoody 2.0 is now on the App Store. It is not an update: it is the app entirely rewritten, designed for those days when you just want to quit.
Built for consistency, not perfection
The idea behind this version is simple: taking care of yourself has to feel possible, not like a demand. That's why daily goals now adapt to how you are. There are days to push and days to rest, and the app accompanies you through both.
The interface has been rebuilt from scratch following the Liquid Glass design language of iOS 26: calmer, clearer, and more human. Each screen answers three questions: how you feel, how you are doing, and what your body needs right now.
What's inside
The FitPassport, the long-term view of your health: how fitness, sleep, and recovery evolve over weeks, months, or years.
Sleep analysis, with duration, phases, and consistency.
Workout analysis beyond calories: effort, heart rate zones, and progress over time.
Metabolic analysis, which combines heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep quality to estimate how recovered you are before training.
App for Apple Watch, with your entire day on your wrist.
Made with empathy, love, and a lot of coffee in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

Before you ask
Are these apps yours or your clients'?
Both. Cori and FitWoody are ours, which is why we know what it takes to sustain a product for years and not just launch it. The rest are commissions, with their own client and brand.
Almost everything shown here is about health. What if mine isn't?
Healthcare is where we have published the most, but not the only thing we do. There are also hospitality, sports, and city projects. The sector changes, not the way of working.
What part do you do?
Brand, product and development. We design the identity, the app and the website, and then we program them. iOS, Android and web.
What happens when the app is already live?
Now comes the interesting part. FitWoody has been in the App Store since 2023, and in 2025 we completely rebuilt it. Launching is just the beginning, not the final delivery.
Seeing this, it looks like a large studio. How many of you are there?
Two. That's why you always talk to the person doing the work, and that's why we say no often.
Where do you start?
By telling us what you want to do. From there we work out whether it makes sense, how big it is and where it's best to start.

Are we a fit?
If you've made it this far, something must have resonated with you. Tell us what you want to build, and we'll tell you frankly if we are the right studio for you.
