Which cookies do we use?
We load the services of this website through Google Tag Manager, configured with Google's consent mode (Consent Mode): no measurement or marketing service is activated until you allow it from the cookie notice.
3.1 Necessary (do not require consent)
Essential for the website to function and to specifically remember your decision regarding cookies.
3.2 Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4, from Google Ireland Limited, to know in an aggregate way how many people visit the website and which pages they view. With this, we improve the content and the experience.
If you do not accept analytics, these cookies will not be installed.
3.3 Marketing (only with your consent)
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. We keep the category in the settings panel for transparency: if we introduce any in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again.
How do we manage your consent?
When you enter for the first time you will see our cookie notice. You can:
accept all — analytics and, if they exist, marketing cookies are activated;
reject all — only the strictly necessary ones are used;
settings — you choose category by category.
Rejecting is as easy as accepting, there are no pre-checked boxes and until you choose, no cookie that requires consent is installed. Your choice is saved for 12 months; after that period we will ask you again.
How to change your mind?
At any time you can:
click the "cookies" link in the footer to reopen the settings panel;

install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
International transfers
Google Analytics is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Part of the data may be processed on Google LLC servers in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses. More information in Google's privacy policy.

The legal basis for using analytical and marketing cookies is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the previous processing. Necessary cookies are based on our legitimate interest in the proper functioning of the website.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to hola@chubby.studio. If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
